Repairing concrete with
CTI Concrete System will strengthen the existing concrete. At
7,000 psi, almost twice the strength of concrete, it will resist
stains, oil spills, and salt damage. Additionally, it can be

An average job will
take one to three days, depending on the condition of the
concrete. If new concrete is poured as part of the repair or
enlargement process, the CTI Concrete System cannot be applied for
at least seven days.

The cost of the CTI
system is normally 20-25 percent less than the cost of removing
cement and pouring new, and is much better looking and much
easier to maintain than the original cement. Also, CTI
offers 13 standard colors and 13 highlight colors which allows
for different color combinations to choose from.

colors to choose from that is sure to suit your imagination. Why

Acrylic Coatings Installation
There are three phases
to a CTI installation
Phase 1
Acid etching of the existing concrete surface. Pressure
cleaning and wash. Repair of structural cracks in original
concrete with our unique process. This consists of cutting and
grinding out the crack, then torching the cracks to dry them.
Epoxy Crack Weld is then applied, allowed to dry and then we grind
the area smooth.
Phase
2
The work area is prepared. A blower is used to clear
the area of debris. A skim coat of mix & colored Acrylic
Modifier is applied by trowel. After the skim coat has dried,
tape and/or stencils are applied to create the unique design you
have chosen.
Phase
3
A top coat of mix & colored Acrylic Modifier is sprayed*
on. After the top coat has dried, highlight colors are
then sprayed*. After the highlight colors have dried,
the tape/stencils are removed and 2-3 coats of sealer is
applied with a roller.
*We take every precaution to cover and protect the areas in and
around where we are working, but sometimes overspray does
occur. Typically the over-spray will disappear in a short
period of time with no lasting damage to the landscape.
Job Time
The average job takes approximately 3-5 days to complete
(weather permitting). Larger and more involved jobs will be
slightly longer. It is almost impossible to give you a time
frame as problems sometimes arise with concrete and/or
weather.
Pricing
Jobs are priced per square foot (sq. ft.)
Crack repair is charged by the lineal foot (L.F.).
Borders, such as brick and other designs are also charged by the
lineal foot
